Thank you for using ONI GYM 24.
This time changes Entry Key from “Akerun” into “bit Lock PRO (bit key)”.
The method to open the front door is same as before, because “bitkey” allows using application and NFC cards as well.
Date to change the key
After 14:00~1/11/2021
Use “Akerun” to enter ONI GYM24 by 14:00 1/11/2021, and use “Workhub” to enter ONI GYM24 after 14:00 1/11/2021.
What to do in advance
※ Make sure the setting has been done before November.
1 Put a mail from “bit key” in safe lists
mail.bitkey.cloud
Put above letters in safe lists to receive the mail. The problem often happens especially on who use mobile phone’s career mail. Please check the way to unset the mail filter below, or ask the mobile phone shop.

2 Download the application “Workhub”

2 Receive an invitational mail form “bit key” and set password
The mail will be sent around 15:00 24/10/2021 to mail address which registered on “Akerun”.

3 Login the application
How to use application
Login with enter mail address which is received the invitation mail and password which set before.
Tap “スペース・備品” on footer at top page, and tap “スペース・備品のカギ”.
Tap “ONI GYM 24 俊徳道大阪 玄関ドア”.
The key status will be shown.
Tap the key mark and unlock the key.
When going out
Press the lower parts of “bit key”.
The mail couldn’t be received / When entering with card
Ask ONI GYM 24 stuff with NFC card.
In case of using Android models over two years ago
Ask staff to set NFC cards if your phone couldn’t accept the application and bitlock PRO.
